Now that SimPlant Version 12 is under Beta tests, it is a good time to go back half of the versions to Ver 6.0 and remember all the basic features that made SimPlant even then (1999), the most advanced implant planning software in the world. As all software developers know one of the toughest challenges in software development is what to do in the next version when you already have a state-of-the-art piece of software. Sometimes better is the worst enemy of good.
In order to really work with SIM/Plant Ver 6.0 press here to download a VMWare Application containing Windows 95 and SIM/Plant Ver 6.0. You will need also to download the VMWare Player from here. This should be "Exhibit A" in a future CT Guidance Museum, so I hope no one will complain about license issues here.
